The Alarm Didn't Ring
- iPhone Settings → Bedless Fajr: make sure Alarms and Notifications are allowed. The alarm is a system alarm; without the Alarms permission it cannot ring.
- In the app: Settings → Wake-up → check the alarm is on for that day.
- Silent mode and Focus modes do not block it.
- Ringer volume: the alarm follows your ringer volume, not media volume.
- Still nothing? In the app, Settings → Development → "Ring in 1 min" tests the alarm on the spot. Tell us what happened.
The Fajr Time Looks Wrong
Fajr depends on the calculation convention. The default is the Muslim World League (18°). If your mosque follows another, change it in Settings → Prayer times → Calculation angle. A 12° convention can differ from 18° by 40 minutes at the same place; that is the convention, not a bug. If the time is right but the place is wrong: Settings → Prayer times → Place.
The Photo Keeps Being Refused
Turn on a light. Get the whole object in the frame. Hold still. The check is automatic and strict on purpose: a dark, blurry photo is refused. After two refusals you can continue anyway; that morning is marked "unverified".
How to Cancel or Change My Subscription
In the app: Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. Or directly: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bedless Fajr. Cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I Changed Phones: Where Is My Subscription?
Open the paywall, or Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account. Your streak and history are stored on the phone and do not transfer between devices in this version.
What Do You Do with My Photos and My Location?
